Scientific Poster Guidelines
- The Scientific Committee of the 7th ACDI Conference invites Delegates and Students to submit E-Posters for consideration and inclusion into the Scientific programme.
- The E- Poster presentation (virtual/online) will be held on the 27th and 28th of January 2023.
- The presenter should be a registered Delegate / Student delegate of the Conference.
- Work should be original, unpublished and should not have been previously presented at the State / National / International meetings. The uniqueness or innovation of the presentation would be considered significant.
- The Medium of Communication should be English.
- Only Original Research and Case Reports pertaining to Dentition related Aesthetics will be accepted for the Competitive Category.
- Review posters will be accepted only for the 1st MDS Post Graduate Students in the Non-Competitive Category.
- Abstracts for posters should be uploaded in www.acdi.co.in on or before 5th January 2023.
- Abstracts should not exceed 200 words.
- Abstracts and E-posters once submitted cannot be modified or changed.
- Final posters are to be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format using Microsoft 2010 power point or later version only. Maximum size of the file should not exceed 25 MB. PPT for the E-Poster presentation should be a single slide which will be displayed online. Animations (moving images) will not be permitted on the slide.
- The poster should be in landscape format (16:9).
- Final posters to be uploaded in www.acdi.co.in on or before 20th January 2023.
- Neither the name of the Institution nor of the Guide should be mentioned in the Poster or during the presentation. Any discrepancy in the same will lead to the disqualification of the poster.
- Presentation time should not exceed 3 minutes. There will be a maximum of only 2 minutes discussion following the presentation.
- The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final and binding.
